Would I be able to cut mat? My dehydrator has a hole in middle?

Answer: You can cut it with no problem but there wouldn't be a lip around the hole you cut# so your liquid contents wouldn't stop at the hole. Bad idea. Find some fruit leather trays made for your style of dehydrator.

Does the writing come off into the food over time?

Answer: It hasn't come off for me. They work great.

Answer: This isn't mesh. It's silicone.

Does it fit Excalibur 2400?

Will these work even if they aren't exact dimensions? I have a Weston and the size is different

Answer: They are a little smaller than the shelves in my dehydrator. I just put them on the wire shelves and they work fine.

Can I use this with my Excalibur dehydrator?

Answer: Yes as long as the dimensions on the silicone sheets are compatible with the dimensions of your Excalibur trays.

Who sells the 14"x 11.73 silcone edge sheets

Will these work well with the commercial grade cabelas dehydrator?

Answer: I use the not-lipped ones in my Cabela's 12 tray (not commercial) with no issue. I do not see why the commercial one would be any different. Just need to make sure the dimensions are correct for your trays. I got the 14" x 11.73 size as it was the closest to my dehydrator.

Answer: only know it works well with my cosori dehydrator.

What does a sheet with edges measure?

Answer: The inside measurements are 11.25" x 10" and the edges are each about .25" wide so overall it is 11.75" x 10.5. It looks to be about .125" (1/8") deep but I didn't measure that exactly. Hope this helps.

I love these silicone mats! I purchased a set a few months back to use in my Cosori dehydrator, specifically for fruit leather. Well, the plastic one that came with the dehydrator warped when I put a hot liquid so I ordered a second set as I have 6 trays. Best purchase ever! The last batch of fruit leather turned out Perfect. No sticky mess, came out clean and easy wash. It is now ready for the next batch of whatever I want to dehydrate. Just kidding, more fruit leather of course! The sides are a perfect height for a not to thick, not too thin fruit leather finished product. My family is loving it all. ❤ ❤❤

OK not great. These are certainly not the type of quality that comes with the dehydrator I bought I have yet to find more of those which are higher quality. It just looks like they cut the plastic netting there's no edging on it. And I had no idea that the silicone plates would be so flexible which becomes challenging when you're dehydrating wet materials.

I love these, They are so easy to use they clean up easy, I’ve been able to dehydrate milk, eggs, veggies and fruits without any issues! I wish there was more in the package though, I’ll just have to buy more.

Dehydrating fruit leather and vegetables.
Had to use parchment paper because even after washing green trays could not get the smell out of the silicone. Also, very flimsy, especially when putting the raw vegetables and fruit in for the first time. If they were made slightly thicker this wouldn't be a problem and may be better.

Amazon Customer : Verify the measurements you need

These came today. While they appear adequate for my needs, they are substantially smaller than what i thought they would be, given the descriptor states it "fits" the Cosori. My fault for assuming. Truth be known, yes they do fit but you lose dehydrator "real estate" with them. The mesh sheets are the same size as original Cosori sheets but have these little "nubs" that catch on everything. I'll keep them because it's not worth sending them back.
Get the Cosori accessories or be sure to verify the measurements before you purchase. Happy dehydrating.

I order two sets of these and the logo was printed on opposite sides for each set, which is mildly annoying. They're also not the easiest to clean, which is surprising given that they're silicone however they do keep my dehydrator clean.

I was slightly disappointed in the mesh sheets. very flimsy, not sturdy like the ones I got with my dehydrator. the edges are rough like they had been cut from a bigger piece. I went ahead and tried them. they were okay, the best part of the mesh screens they are easier to bend to pour contents into a jar or bag. the silicone I liked, they can be a little hard to clean sometimes, I just soak in warm water, and then wash them.
