I purchased this as a replacement for a dehydrator my son "borrowed". It seems to be quite nice....once I finally got it. It seems the company it was sold by has a small problem with shipping in a timely manner. We have already used it once and it did a nice job on beef jerky. The unit is smaller than I had expected (compared to our previous one) but this isn't necessarily a bad thing as these trays will fit in the dishwasher. So 5 stars for the product 2 stars for the seller.

This dehydrator worked perfectly for exactly 5 months. Started using in May 2021, September 2021 the heat function no longer worked. Let me tell you , it takes a long freaking time to dehydrate with only cool air.
