Answer: It comes with 15 pcs precut & sealed bags, but the roll you need to cut yourself. I find it's less wasteful since you can cut down to the size you need.

Answer: Yes, you can seal a bag with liquid in it by turning off the vacuum and sealing the bag only. Remove as much air as possible by hand, heat and seal and freeze. I marinate steak like this. I also wiped off the seasoning and vacuum sealed.
