Broke first time i used it.

BU : Ok when it works, not very durable

Ok when it works but not very durable. Top part came apart from the unit several times. Would be better if this device was made of metal or at least something more durable than plastic.

You get what you pay for I guess. I was liking this but then something got messed up inside and now it barely moves.

This is a good but not great vacuum system. The bags a nice and thick and hold well. The problem I have consistently is that it's hard once the bag is filled and sealed to start the vacuum. I had to pull the vacuum port away from the counter to start the vacuum. Once it started, it worked well. It may be a problem with the bags, I'm not sure.

I don't know if I received a defective product or what but the clear part attached to the body of the pump kept falling off, making it impossible to use. Needless to say, after a few attempts, it did nothing but frustrate me because it is useless if I can't even hold it properly to try and suck any air out of of a vacuum seal bag. Returned immediately.
