Is this machine noisy?

Answer: No not at all

Answer: Not really,it will be quieter for what I have used before.

Is it safe for the dehydrator running over the nigh or in day when you need to pop out?

Answer: It's completely safe and can run all night. I have already tried it.

I bought this to dehydrate chicken breast meat for my cats. The instruction booklet says to cook the chicken first. I thought I could use raw chicken?

Answer: I would never dehydrate meet especially chicken but the only way you will kill the salmonella in the chicken is to cook it thoroughly first before dehydrating it. I cook chicken divide it up into portions and put it in the freezer for my cat.

How long does it take to dehydrate meat?

Answer: I dried the pork according to the recipe, but cooked the pork first, then dried it for 1.5 hours. Very delicious! I am very happy for that!

Answer: Yes, very much. It’s easy to clean and seems to dry well. I’ve only done leafy herbs and various peppers so I’m not sure about using it for meat. I’m very pleased and would recommend.

Answer: If you mean the space between the trays , it is about 5/8 th of an inch. Seems good enough.

Answer: I don't know , but i just used cheese cloth .

Do the device or the trays become hot? Is there risk of burns?

Answer: The temperature can be set up to 70 degrees which is quite hot but not enough to burn especially with the drying fan, and the device stays cool due to the fan. The trays are designed to withstand that high temperature but I usually use between 45 and 60 degrees with good effect (drying tomato slices)

Answer: No, the trays stay cool to the touch. I often rotate them when I’m drying with no problems at all. Hope this helps!

This has worked well for me with herbs and peppers...haven’t tried meat yet. The trays are easy to stack according to needs and it they stay cool to the touch. It seems to take a long time to fully dry things and I don’t have a point of comparison since it’s my first one but I’m pleased so far!

I love this amazing products sooo much. I have been wanting to make some treats for my dog, and now i can! it fast and safe! it has 6 layers so i can make a lot of dog treat all at once! The treat can last 1~2 weeks!
Also i can have some fresh pineapple too! the Max temperature can up to 158, perfect for most of the food that i need dehydrate! it was pretty easy to clean!

I have used it for one week, and I love it. For better health, I take some good mushrooms. However, it’s kind of challenge to keep them fresh. To get longer shelf life, I got them dried and crushed them into powder. This dehydrator helped me a lot.
This dehydrator is elegant, came in with well protected package, the control is easy, I can set different temperature as I want. My favorite is dehydrating Lion’s mane and Reishi. Tear or cut them into small pieces, put them into trays, get them dried overnight. The dried products kept the original flavor, I believe same nutritions too.

Was very disappointed in this dehydrator. It was so noisy and 13 hrs of drying time and many of them had not even started to show signs of drying. I have a cheap one that I was going to replace with a better model but my cheap one runs circles around this one

I’m absolutely love this dehydrator machine, since I brought it I have made so much dry fruit and vegetable, My kids started to like the dried vegetable and fruit more, great for their lunch box snack And it’s healthy. We love it so much .

So it’s easy enough to use, idk how accurate the temp control is, but the dial is straight forward. Trays are easy to clean, though base of machine slopes down/flows crumbs toward the fan. Not great.
I have a garden with excess and planned to dehydrate fruit/veg. It worked for maybe 2 months before the fan started to make a loud screeching sound. My husband cleared the fan and it worked (albeit louder and rougher) for 2 more months before resuming its loud screeching sound, then crapping out.
Waste of money.
