This is a pack of two rolls of 10" wide, 16 ft long plastic. As described, the plastic is textured on the inside to help ensure an even vacuum inside the bag. The plastic is pretty thick, at least it's thicker than the sample bags that came with my vacuum sealer.
I use these with a White Dolphin vacuum sealer. I cut these using scissors, use the "seal" button to create the bottom, put in my meat or whatever, and then vac and seal the top. I think this size is good for 1-2 lbs of meat.
The only downside is that it's a bit expensive -- if you consider that you'll probably be making square bags (so 10" x 10" or so, this is only going to give you 19x2=38 bags. It's also excessively taped together, so it's a bit annoying to unwrap.
These seems good if the size and price meet your needs.

I bought the FoodSaver vacuum sealer and ALWAYS bought the brand name vacuum bags to go with it. I always thought that the off brand wouldn't work as well for some reason. I have to say, I am pretty happy I ordered these to try! They work just as good as the name brand AND they are well worth the cost. I like to be able to cut my bags to size. It is one extra step to seal the end of your newly made bag, but it is worth it when you buy meat in bulk. I have a family of 3 and I like to portion our meat out to meal sizes for us.

I primarily use my vacuum sealer for sous vide. These worked great with my FoodSaver vacuum sealer but are fairly general and don’t have any markings on them to help you to decide where to cut. I didn’t have any problem with them sealing and staying tightly sealed. They are a bit shorter than the once that came with my vacuum sealer which I like because I usually use small cuts of meat so I don’t need all the extra space. My vacuum sealer also accommodates various sizes. So this roll fit perfectly.

Make sure to compare total footage before buying these - my mistake for not looking, but these are not a good value as they are tiny rolls. The listing says 16 ft length but I believe that may be total for both rolls combined and not per roll - as you can see in the picture, I have them beside another roll from another brand (that has been used several times) and is a 50 fri roll that cost the same price per roll (around $9). Even if these are each 16 ft in length, 32 feet for this price is a poor value compared to many other brands. Unfortunately I will probably be returning so I can’t speak to how well the work or the thickness.

These bags are different from others I have used. They are textured. I'm not sure there's any advantage to this style yet versus conventional vacuum sealer bags, but they seem to work at least as well as the old standard. The food slides in easily. These are amazing! I liked these for separating bulk meat, but found that I also really like them for food prepping! I was able to premake, seal, and freese multiple breakfasts, dinners, and snacks. I have not noticed and freezer burn at all on sealed meals. To defrost I cut a slit in the top corner of the bag and use the defrost setting on the microwave. This is perfect for busy days where you want a home cooked meal, but don't have time to make it.

These are an okay value compared to buying the name-brand package, except these feel thinner overall. They still work and hold a seal, but they just don't have the same weight and overall thickness I can get from the name-brand and also from several off-brand products.
I like that the rolls are individually wrapped. The boxed ones are usually not, but they have a protective box. These are simply shrink wrapped individually, then sold as a three-set, all three rolls shrink-wrapped again into one set).
This is priced similarly to many other replacement rolls. I'm happy with the product, but I wish it were as thick as the rest. I haven't weighed this to compare, but there's a definite difference. We're talking sub-millimeter differences, but even so, it's noticeable.

I have been using these quite a bit for the past weeks and see absolutely no difference between this Dolphin brand and the original FoodSaver brand - except of course these are less expensive...so why buy the others? I have frozen food in these, refrigerated produce in them, and even went from freezer to sous vide without any problems at all. Thick, textured (on 1 side) plastic that can take a beating and keep on preserving. I also make small packets for my homemade rubs and spice mixes.

First I tried these out with a roll of toilet paper. Someone told me they used a sealer machine to squish down a roll of TP to put in a "Go Bag" for emergency preparedness. I'm pretty new to the vacuum sealer, and have only had it a little over a month now. I had no idea how it worked, or what the deal was the the rolls of sealer plastic rolls. The first thing I did was check to see of my sealer had to use a particular kind of wrap, and I guess like most vacuum sealers, it can use any kind. The vacuum sealer seems pretty standard, but there sure is a lot of sealer wrap for these on the market. This one was a little more expensive than the wrap that came with my machine, but thought id give it a try anyways. And I can see why it's more expensive. It seems heavier (thicker), and when used in my vacuum sealer, actually worked better than what came with it. This sealed nicely whatever I was using it for, unlike the wrap i was using which seemed to have an issue with completing the sealing process. This sells for $28.90 (as of this review) for 3 rolls of wrap, each 10" x 16', for a total of 48' x 10". I've used up just about all the first roll, and food has stayed nice and fresh in this wrap, even after freezing. This wrap works great in my vacuum sealer, and saves me money by keeping food fresh longer. very good vacuum sealer wrap compared to the few I've looked at.

I have been using this particular brand of Vacuum seal bags for a while. I use them for both freezer storage and Sous Vide cooking.
They are just as good as the name brand bags in quality and function, but a lot less expensive. I really prefer the roll style like these to the pre-cut bags, as I can make the bag EXACTLY the size I need it, to avoid waste.
These bags stand up well to our Sous Vide cooking- Even at higher temps and for longer (multi day) cooks. We have never had a bag fail us yet!

I got a White Dolphin Vacuum Machine to put my sterilized face masks in a sealed container. The unit works great and the extra bags are much needed since the machine only comes with 10 starter bags. These are the same material of plastic that comes with the machine, but you will need to seal one end, add the item to be sealed, vacuum and seal it. It’s a little more work with the roll of plastic than the pre-cut bags because you have to seal both ends. But the nice thing is you can make them any length needed. In my case the bags are slightly too short, so with the roll I can give the mask plenty of space around it. You can see in my photo how I’m using these to keep my homemade facemasks nice and protected from germs.

First I tried these out with a roll of toilet paper. Someone told me they used a sealer machine to squish down a roll of TP to put in a "Go Bag" for emergency preparedness. I tried it, and yup, smushed them flat, so it fits easily into my backpack, So know I'm sure it will work on foods. I like to buy Summer fruits and freeze to use later for ice cream or smoothies, so now I can use these bags with the sealer to keep the freezer burn out.

These work great with my name brand vacuum sealer that requires the channels. It actually seemed to vacuum tighter than their own bags!!!
