jll544 : Decent quality bags, useful selection of sizes
I really like that this set of vacuum sealer rolls comes in five different sizes. I don't like wasting material, so this variety pack lets me choose the right size bag for each job.
The bags seem to work reasonably well with my sealing machine, but I do feel the need to double-seal these to ensure that the vacuum stays intact. When I look closely at my seals on these bags, they often appear to have tiny lines/dots where the plastic layers might not have melted together completely. Perhaps my machine is running cooler than it should, but it's not something I've seen with other brands of bags. Sealers that run at higher temperatures probably won't have an issue.
Another minor consideration is that these bags are wound in the opposite way as most other rolls I've used. The smooth side of these bags faces the core of the roll, while the textured layer is on the outside. This comes into play because my sealing machine needs the textured side down when the bags are inserted. These rolls are slightly inconvenient because the bags curl up (away from the vacuum chamber) while I'm trying to close the sealing machine's lid. Other bags, wound with the textured side toward the core, tend to curl down naturally into the vacuum chamber, making them easier to handle.
Overall, these bags are fine. They're not quite optimal for the particular vacuum sealer machine that I own, but at the same time, I've yet to see one of these bags fail, so I can't say that they're bad. However, these bags do curl inconveniently upward inside my machine, so I probably won't be back for more.

Charmin' Farmer : Work well with Foodsaver V4400. Just a little thinner and less coarse inside than OEM bags.
I have a Foodsaver V4400 machine, which may make all the difference in if these bags work well or not. The machine I have has the ability to cut, seal, vacuum, and do the works package so it really makes a difference to have a machine compatible with these bags.
The bags come in a variety of sizes, but they are make your own size bags. I have to insert a roll into my vacuum sealer, then roll off a length, cut the length, and then seal one end of the bag so I can use it. It's economical in this way because it lets me create my own size and save plastic, but it does take an additional couple of steps. The one thing that I was worried about with these is that they are thinner all around than the OEM bags, and the textured surface inside that allows the vacuum to be able to do actually vacuum isn't quite as coarse. It doesn't seem to impact the process any, but in the long term it might mean a little less protection on my vacuum seals.
I double seal these bags just to be sure. I cut the end, and then put it into my auto sensor on the vacuum sealer. I hold the bag taught and then push back as far as I can get it to go so it create a deep seal on the first seal. Then, I reinsert the bag a little at a time until the machine senses it so it creates a second little seal. There is a small air pocket trapped between, but it gives me the security of two seals. I repeat on the vacuum seal process by making sure when I vacuum and seal, I push the bag far into the machine, let it finish, then barely insert for a second seal on both ends. I do this with OEM bags, too, but those come with one end sealed up usually.

This product Bags is just as good as the rolls that came with my Food Saver.No problems at all. Seal well and do not leak. I use them for sous vide, marinating and freezer/fridge storage. give me a lot of fresh fish from their catch and these keep the fish fresh in my freezer without any freezer burn. Good vacuum sealer bags. I like the size variety. I noticed I need to hit 'seal' twice on my vacuum sealer in order to get a quality seal, but I don't know if it's because of the sealer or these bags. I tried them out on a couple things (mashed avocado, flour), and it worked fine on each.
