Answer: made for a commercial or pro grade machine and food saver may not have the power to use these bags but not 100% sure

These worked well to seal small packages of homemade salami. Please note that the bag itself might be 4" wide across, but there are very large margins on the outsides - the area to put food in is only about 3.25" as seen in the photo. Originally, I had bought these bags to seal individual chicken breasts for the freezer. But there is no way a chicken breast will fit in one of these bags. Bags are too narrow.

This is a large pack of premade bags that you only need to seal the edge. There is a 100 and they are 8 by 10 before you seal them. I also bought the 100 pack of 6 by 8 size so I can choose which size is more appropriate to use

I use them to make my keto snacks. I haven't tried freezing them, but I am sure they work work out fine as well. It keeps your food fresh and works great with my vaccum sealer.

These 6x8 sized bags work great for my family. It's just the two of us, so these are perfect for individual potions. The size makes it easier to optimize the limited freezer space. We just kind of tetris the vacuum sealed foods in and they stack really well. The pre-scored notch for opening the sealed bags without scissors or a knife is super handy. The texture of the plastic is a cool standout from the normal bags we'd previously used.
