SD91932 : Great little tackle box!

Fun little portable tacklebox with lots of great stuff inside! Can’t speak to durability yet but there’s a lot of great stuff inside the carrying case. My son was excited to try some of the different types of tackle and will keep using the case after he’s used up everything inside.

Mokarrab : Good kit with for the price , missing item or two but you can live without at beginning :)

Ok to start the box looks nice although it is smaller than I thought it would be :)
Pros:
• It has a variety of things you will need if you want to start fishing such as :
o Offset hooks looks to be of a good quality (not tested yet, but can tell by comparing to the eagle claw ones)with light wire which is good if you are a beginner makes it easier to set hook but might bend if you catch a large one )
o Nice collection of Split shots
o 4 nice jig heads, colors are not the best but I do not think fish really cares: D
o My fav, is the three-way swivel, I believe most new anglers will need to have drop shot, as it is easy to catch multiple specie using it.
o Other stuff that would help in catching catfish and other species :)

Cons/Recommendations:
Would have been nice to have the following even if it means less of the other stuff,
• Triple hooks for spoon lures
• Worm weights to go along the offset hooks
To be honest most of the people buying those kits are beginners I would highly recommend adding a 2~3 paper with all different rigs you can do with those 187 items. (Drop shot, Split shot, Texas rigs, Carolina rigs ...etc.)

Will give it a try on weekend and give an update on the Hooks durability .

This kit would be great for scenarios where you want an ultra lightweight fishing kit for ponds or streams. It would be ideal in a backpacking or survivalist camping situation—just needs fishing line & some small plastic grubs or live night crawlers.

Scott Wells : Nice compact terminal tackle kit

Topfort has put together a really nice terminal tackle kit with jig heads, EWG hooks, split shot sinkers, colored beads, swivels, etc., all in a surprisingly compact carrying case. In fact, I'm looking forward to loading up the carrying case even after I exhaust the original contents because it's such a nice form factor.

I received the kit just before a short trip to the Gulf and decided to use it while fishing from the rental house boat dock. So far I've primarily been using the split shot and the hooks because I'm mostly using shrimp and cut squid as bait, though I did rig up one of the jig heads with a Gulp curly tail and caught a nice redfish on it. I've been catching reds, black drum, large croaker, (one) speckeled trout, a ton of saltwater cats, a toadfish (freaky!), and even some large crabs. The tackle has held up wonderfully well, and again, it's such a nice compact packaging that it's simple to have with you all the time.

The only negative I see--and it's a VERY small one--is that the split shot isn't the type that can be re-opened once clamped down. Having said that, it does the job nicely.

This would be a really nice kit for someone just starting to build out a tackle box, though it's been an equally nice complement to my existing set of terminal tackle.

It appears most of these reviews were from when this box cost 12 bucks. Its 20 plus now and not worth it. This box measures maybe 3 inches by 4 inches. Items are VERY small. The box they come in is going to last maybe a few days. Id call this a childs starter kit.

All in all, I should have spent the extra money for something more reliable. Besides maybe 20 pieces, Im very disapointed.

Got this little kit for fishing around docks mostly but actually took it to the beach with me last week and had good success with the gear in it. It has the beads that look sort of like sand fleas, like what you would put on a pompano rig. It has a bunch of weights and hooks that I used with the beads. This kit has a lot of useful tackle for both the beginner and experienced angler. There is a little of everything so you can try out different techniques and rigging styles without investing a lot of money on gear that you may not even like. First off I really liked the overall set. What would one use this set for? A great example would be for a family fishing outing. This set provides everything you need for a new to fishing family. It also has some great deals for a season veteran. I find myself new to fishing and many of my experienced friends liked aspects of the set. My only complaints would be the night beads and the split rings.

The big plus is the hooks and the quality weights. I love the quality and sharpness of these hooks. This is a great starter set and will last me many trips. The jigs on this set are comparable to ones you would see at a big box store. They are not bad quality but average. The set does seem small when you first unbox it. This set at this price is a total buy. Once again Amazon provided a great product.
