Drying times will vary depending on the model of your dehydrator, how many trays your dehydrator has and how many solid sheets you are using. Please monitor the drying progress closely to ensure proper drying times with your unique dehydrator setup. Trays on the top of the dehydrator may dry at a different rate than lower levels.

These are perfectly flat. I think the description changed after I ordered them to reflect this. You can not put a liquid on them it would run off. Returned.

I am new to dehydrating, but these silicone sheets worked really well for making pineapple fruit leather. They are worth the money and do the job. You won't be sorry.

These are not the same as the clear ones. They allow things to seep and therefore glues the fruit leather to the actual tray.
I wouldn’t purchase these again for fruit leather.

Perfect Silicon Dehydrator Sheets. flat, flexible and durable. bought more after first order. fits both of my NESCO dehydrators and they are 2 different models. (the one with bigger hole in middle and the one with the smaller. works great on both dehydrators i own.
