Used it this morning for a few casts. It’s quite small but has some weight to it. Particularly useful if you need to cast into the wind because it’s compact. Let it hit the water, bring it in rapidly a few feet then let it sink a bit then reel it in.

Nice and heavy. Cast a mile. Just don't have as much action as the Kastmaster but sometimes subtle action is better. The one thing I did was change the hold and split rings, not a big deal because I do that on aly spoons. Would buy again.

Appearance is very good, but quality is lacking, badly. Caught a 13 inch rainbow trout and there aappeared to be no problem. Next fish was a rather bulky 15 inches. I landed it ok, but when I took the hook out of the fish's mouth, one of the hooks of the treble hook broke off, and the other two were flimsy.

My opinion is that they seem lighter than advertised. I haven't dug out my kitchen scale for it but really seems undersized. If I'm wrong then I'm wrong. And I certainly don't like the huge advertising label that will take a lot of effort to remove. They do look and retrieve like Kastmasters though.
