Is this a casted or machined mold?

Answer: Cast. All of the essential series are cast molds. The ripper I have shoots excellent quality for being a cast mold. Better than other essential series I own.

so far so good on this mold. i've shot 50+ baits now and i've had no issues with it other that operator error which you would find with any other mold. no flashing that i've noticed on any of my successful shoots. the sprews are large enough to where you don't have to be too concerned with topping them off every time as the plastic recedes. it is made of cast Lead which was, surprisingly, information i could not find online about this mold.

this mold is not a 5 cavity mold it is actually a 3 cavity mold. this mold is also a cast mold unlike the provided picture.
