Are these authentic? The listed 11.8 inch diameter doesn't match the one that came with the machine. 0.8" difference is enough to block the vents.

What are the dimensions of the trays? The outer diameter? The Diameter of the center hole?

Answer: The full outside diameter (OD) of the trays are 13 inches with a 1 7/8 inch inside hole (ID). But, since there are air vents, etc. around the perimeter of the tray, the usable part of the tray has an OD of 11 inches with a 2 inch ID. If you're looking for fruit trays, for example, you would need to get the 11" OD x 2" ID trays for them to fit properly.

I ordered these at the same time as I ordered a dehydrator, but I was not paying attention and bought the wrong size. Unfortunately my husband had opened the box and thrown it away, washed them too. But we discovered they were the wrong size. They were easy enough to wash the first time...it's a plastic, so not much difficulty. The seemed sturdy and like they would work for a person who needed them. We donated them to the thrift store.
