Why does the photo look like!pockets and you said they are sheets and not pockets? are they made in the usa or china?

Answer: Made in China

Answer: They are like an open ended envelope. Not sure where they are made.

how do you keep them closed so food doesn't fall out when you turn it over?

Answer: Not sure I understand the question. But you have to manually turn every piece, the sheets are just sheets not pockets

Can you use them in the oven?

Answer: It works in oven .

Answer: I don’t see why not.

Are they dishwasher safe?

Answer: I’ve put mine in the dishwasher and they come out great! I love grilling with these that last year I bought the larger size. This fabric also comes in separate piece and it works great for things you don’t want to stick to your gorillas, but also don’t want to bother with the bag.

Answer: Not sure about dishwasher, but I was mine by hand
