Step one

Press the left and right top cover switches, and then push the top cover open with your thumb.

Put the food into the bag and keep the distance between the food and themachine to be more >25 mm.

Remove the foreign matters at the bag mouth and put the bag mouth into the vacuum area.

Pull the opening of the bag flat to avoid wrinkles.

Step two

Make sure that the bag mouth stays in the vacuum area and there is no foreign matte under the upper cover. Cover the upper cover.

Press both sides of the upper cover with the palm of your hand and hear"click"twice at this time the upper cover is locked.

Step three

Sealing temperature of dry/wet pump selection key TEMP.

Choose dry sealing for dry food, and the default temperature of the Vacuum Sealer Machine is the third gear.

Wet: There are two kinds of sealing temperature, 4th gear is slightly wet, such as raw meat and other food vacuum sealing, 5th gear is high humidity, such as fresh squid, etc.Food should be vacuum sealed with this level. If liquid flows to the bag mouth during wet pumping, it is recommended to use level 5!

Press VAC/SEAL key, the blue light is on invacuum, and the blue light is flashing:sealing is in progress. After the blue light goes out, the work is completed.

Step four

Press the left and right top covers at the same time after heat sealing Switch and turn up the upper cover with yourthumb, Take out the plastic bag.

Do not forcibly pull out the plastic bag before the upper cover is opened,Otherwise it will cause deformation and displacement of the sealing ring and sealing glue, resulting in damage to the machine!

After the sealing operation is completed, do not touch the heating wire to avoid burns!

Warm Tips

Please do Not lock the vacuum sealer after use. If food sealer machine is always locked, the sponge gasket for seal will be pressed tightly and be reduced the using age.
Please do NOT overfill the bag, leave enough space at the open end of the bag, so that it can be placed on the vacuum chamber properly.

Please do Not to touch the heating wire after sealing operation is completed.
The vacuum sealer for food may trigger overheating protection after continuous working, three indicator lights flashing while press the button, you need to wait one minute before using it again.

Will this work with 11" wide rolls? In other words, what is the maximum width of the sealing element?

Answer: The sealing element is 11” wide pin to pin so it should fit a roll that wide but nothing wider.

Does this work on 220V? Thanks.

Answer: Nope! I cannot seems to get it to work at all. A piece of JUNK> Do not buy!

Can this be used to seal mason jars?

Answer: If you are able to fit the mason jar inside the plastic bag you can vacuum seal it. Because the jar comes in so many different size

Answer: It does have a tube attachment for jars

Does the vacuum sealer work well with food containers?

Answer: The machine come with pumping pipem, I have vacuumed my jam for 2 weeks and it still keep delicious.

Can the hose attachment be used on reusable zip closure bags?

Answer: The hose is set up to use on their canisters, but I have used it on ziplock bags and it vacuum them down well and then you just close the zipper. I love this machine!!

Answer: Yes. We use them regularly.

How does it handle a roll of bags? Can you cut them to size in the machine, or do you have to do it manually?

Answer: This machine is very basic. Does not hold rolls, does not have a cutter. Cut bags to length any way you want. Seal one end, fill bag, seal other end. seal and vacuum systems work very well.

Will there be a reminder after done sealing?

Answer: It stops and releases the grip on the bag when the sealing is done

What bags will the geryon work with?

Answer: I had a food saver which broke. I have lots of bags left from it and I used those bags they worked fine. I also have a will zip lock sealer bags that will work.

What kind of bags does it use? Particular brand?

Answer: This came with 15 vacuum bags and this also worked fine in sealing normal covers. No specific brand. I used some of the vacuum bags I have at home and it worked fine.

Answer: It comes with it own bags but I use other bags I purchased serperately

what is maximun bag size width this can seal?

Answer: Hi, you may use a Medium Vacuum Bags (7.8’’ x 11.8’’) and Long Vacuum Bag Roll (7.8’’ x 79.0’’) - inches. Thank you.
