How is the Samson Silent for making jerkey?

Does drip tray go on bottom of unit under last metal tray or on top of a metal tray?

Answer: It is really up to you. If you are using all 6 trays it goes on the very bottom under the last tray. If you are only using one or two trays you can put it on another tray under them to keep the unused trays clean.

Trays are stainless not chrome, correct?

Answer: Very confusingly worded question! :P Trays are stainles steel.

How do i make a warranty claim? i purchased in may 2020 (3 months ago) i have only used 4 times. the left edge of the glass door is coming loose frame

Returned the Nesco because it wasn't performing like I thought a dehyrator should and it was awkward using a round unit. Watched several videos on the Samson vs. the expensive Excalibur and chose the Samson because it's super quiet and frankly quite nice looking. The door swings open as opposed to the Excalibur where the door lifts off. Glad I chose the Samson.
