For a big dehydrator it's still pretty mobile I thought the spaces between the racks were going to be too small but they're actually a really good size I'd be able to do 10 trays of beef jerky I'm very pleased

Everything is great about this dehydrator except it's not Dehydrating properly. I have used 3 different dehydrators this is the most classy but least on dehydrating side. Beautiful stainless steel heavy guage mesh trays with 10 BPA free silicon/plastic trays, double walled unit, everything I ever wanted in my dehydrator, But unfortunately, for some unknown reasons the unit is not dehydrating according to the time and temperature written in the book that comes with it. I'm doing hours extra over the suggested time but not achieving the product I'm expecting nor even according to the booklet of its own. Bit disappointed. I have had in it fruits and veggies now I will try beef Jerky and see how it does if didn't work as desired I would have to send it back. Unfortunately. It could be just this one unit. I saw all positive reviews I don't know what's wrong with it.

very easy to use, they are higher between each shelf, so its better for making kale chips.It seems to takes longer ti dehydate my kale chips than Excalibur machine, but the stainless steel body is better than Excalibur's plastic body.

I've used this machine and it is excellent but it came with a big dent on one entire side which is very noticeable. Hoping no other internal damage crops up other than the cosmetic huge dent.

it took 6 weeks to get here. the box is pretty beat up. unpackaged it,. and it is a lovely unit. but some of the trays do not fit. and I don't want to force them, it will scratch the inside. any suggestions??? will cost a fortune to send it back. I have another dehydrator and the trays fit perfect.

I was pleasantly supprise to find that this dehydrator is just as good as the well know more expensive brands. The fan is quieter than my last machine and the 10 trays evenly dry. The digital timer appears accurate and I like having a temp. range from 95 F to 165 F. It really does have double stainless steel sides and is solidly made. It could easily fit as a permanant kitchen appliance. I will be using it daily during the growing season so hope it will last the 12 years my last dehydrator lived.

VERY good product. Well worth the extra money for the 10 tray stainless. Super support. Saying that, UPS shipping was holding the the product in my city for over a week and we were completely unable to get a hold of them to schedule a pick up since they were not delivering it. We have dried fruit and 3D Filament with great success. Very quiet and accurate temp which is needed for filament drying. Thanks for such a good product in this day of junk that lasts a few days.

The door has a gap around it large enough to see inside.....not a good feature for a dehydrator.....plus it arrived damaged. Returning

I got the 10-shelf unit. It is on the the bulky side, but no escaping that with so many trays. If space is a concern, consider the smaller version with fewer trays.

The bonus plastic trays mine came with were useful for blueberries, peas and other small bits.

Wish I had gotten this years ago. I was drying fruits and veggies in the hot summer sun before and what a waste that was. This unit works so great, I am even emptying out my freezer and dehydrating excess fruit/veggies from there.

The London Sunshine brand is identical to a few others on Amazon, but just less expensive.

PEB : EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!!

I love this dehydrator! It is whisper quiet! It is running on my counter as we speak. The stainless steel racks are way better than the plastic ones because they will never mis-shapen or dis-color. I read many reviews before purchasing and I knew the little things some people did not like. For one, there was a complaint that it did not have a drip tray. You can use the fruit roll -up tray on the bottom rack or even under the bottom rack right on the floor of the dehydrator ( if you don't want to sacrifice the space of 1 rack). I placed a layer of heavy duty foil then the fruit roll up sheet right on the bgottom and am having no issues with it. Second there is an issue with the temperature settings, it skips some degrees in between. I wish they would address this in future models, but for the price I was willing to buy it anyway. The best features for me are...The looks of it, the extreme quietness and the glass door, which btw is magnetized. It is such high quality for the price, that I am actually ordering a second one today. It holds the same amount with 10 racks that my gardenmaster holds with 14 racks and fits on my counter under the top cupboards and my gardenmaster does not. I highly recommend this dehydrator.

Used the dehydrator about a dozen times and I would’ve given this a five star rating but the dehydrator no longer produces any heat. Which makes it essentially an air dryer. If anybody reading this has had this issue And can lead me in the right direction for repair it would be appreciated
