Working at a fly shop, this reel in the 7/8 size was a better value than any reel I could have bought with my employee discount at the same price point.

Just bought this fly reel, haven't used it yet as it is still winter here in Wi. Reel looks great, good color(orange) nice finish and quality built. The drag seems to be really good, will find out when that big Pike try's to steal my streamer. I think this is a quality reel and glad I made the purchase.

Absolutely am insane reel. I bought a second to just have. Will be having one lined with sinking line and one with sink tip float. Can dial in for 15-25 inch native river rainbows, steelhead or even 33 lb (not in pic) salmon with no issues. Rod will blow apart before your drag gives. Just a straight up beast and I wish I had every size color and variation of this animal. BUY THIS REEL!!!!

Just caught 60 sockeye salmon with this reel in Kenai Alaska. These fish fight hard in 10 mph current and they destroy cheap reels.

This reddington reel is the best fly reel I own. I spent a little more than I normally would but it is well worth the price. I used to sell Reddington equipment at Bass Pro shops in garland texas. They build good fly equipment for sure.
