Can this machine be used to seal small sachet pouches (2.5 inches x 2.5 inches)?
Answer: Yes, the only draw back on the machine was when we first turned it on when the heater would cycle, the conveyor would slow down. I replaced the wires that came from the cord with a thicker gauge and that did the trick. Great value.

Answer: havent figured it out yet but there are tons of very small numbers and letters which are hard to see and hold to place in wheel. waste of time to use

Product layout has changed, there is no E-Stop on the one I received. The packaging was okay, the guide belt platform was jammed into the driven gear leaving an indentation in the metal but the bands ran fine if not exactly true. Shipping was prompt and the fit and finish is mediocre, which you would expect for the price. However, my unit doesn't heat the sealing blocks which makes it useless. I messaged the seller to discuss but the Amazon said the email bounced and I haven't heard anything in the message center. If they respond and fix it, it might be 3 stars and 4 if it works for a few months but not 5 stars for this one.
brian m. : Power cable issue but seller paid for a new one.
Had one issue with the power cable not working. Took a little to figure out the issue but since my printer has the same cable I switched it and it worked great. Contacted the company and they let me buy a new cable on Amazon and then refunded me the cost of it.
The unit has been running great since then and I appreciate the good customer support in fixing the issue right away.
