A. Cranston : Good for hobby use, but has issues

Nice fit and finish on the mold. Good details. Unfortunately, I can't rate it higher, because I can't seem to get a good shoot without the senko having dents in it. I tried all of the usual tricks. I think the issue is differential shrinkage. Basically, the mold doesn't allow the aenko to cool evenly and spots on the senko contract, causing dents. It's fine for pouring your own baits to fiah with, but not a top quality shoot. If the mfg wants some advice ro improve the design, I'd make the gate a bit bigger and make the overall mold body a bit wider and thicker, as it may solve the issue. Overall, though, it's not bad for the price!
