MY : Received non-functional machine
I had such high hopes.... When I received the machine the box was destroyed, there were multiple holes big enough to put a fist through and the internal styrofoam packaging was similarly broken. Once unboxed the machine failed to power up. I am returning due to non function and was forced to pay $65 to repack the machine in a new box because the old one was so badly damaged. I am incredibly disappointed.

OK, here the pictures and I also attached files, please bare in mind, that the machine is absolutely of NO use without these items shown in the picture, the belts wore out in no time, and the machine without the belts is of NO use.

Prior to the acquisition of this machine, we did our sealing--slowly-- by hand. Very unsatisfactory. I saw this machine in operation in WuHan in October of 2019 at a factory where we do business, and remembered it. Six months later I had them send me the make/model information, and send me a video of the device in operation. The most difficult thing was to get a clear answer as to whether this would work for the kind of packaging we were using. I never did get an answer from anyone-- not from the manufacturer, not from the people who supplied our packaging --no one knew. Fine, I thought it would work, bought it, and boom. Step up was instant. We've been using ours more than half a year without a hitch. it came with the relevant spare parts, none of which we've needed so far. It's much faster than the other system we used.
I find it hilarious how Chinese this machine is (in design). Some (many?) wouldn't notice, but we've spent many years in China, and this machine, it is clear to us, is a product of Chinese design. Anyone who thinks industrial equipment is the same everywhere just hasn't experienced the differences. German engineers, trying to accomplish the same task, would come up with an entirely different system. Maybe better, maybe not, but assuredly 1) more complicated and 2) more expensive. That's not a dis-- we like our German stuff. And it's not a dis to this machine-- this is a dirt-simple task, and does not require anything more complicated or more expensive. We're very pleased with this machine, and I have plans, when travel is possible again, to visit the factory where this was made to talk to the people who designed and made it, just for fun, and because I can.
I would not recommend this to any outfit that doesn't have at least one person with a decent mechanical aptitude. Making adjustments might not be as clear to people who don't understand machinery. To people who do, the design of this will appeal. One motor (very well designed motor) runs everything. It's very efficient.
And again, it works **really** well. Last year we had record sales, and this year, sales are up even more (so far) so I expect we'll use it even more. It's likely that we'll need to add another to our production area in the next year or two and we'll be looking at another of the same.

FullOLife : Made extremely cheap and breaks constantly
So this is the second one that I had. You get what you pay for. It does work but after only a couple of weeks or maybe a month of use it started making smoke because the internal fan stopped working. I had exchanged this one due to a defective one that I had previously. The previous version it stopped making heat for sealing after about three weeks. I have not been able to find a US made one anywhere near this price point.
Il Gelato Fresco : Odd Set of Letters and Numbers
Overall the machine performs well and is built well. I received a very strange set of letters and numbers, and suspect perhaps I received a returned machine, as the blue film covering the stainless steel plate was partially removed and the stamp set doesn't make sense. The numbers I received were 15/0's, 5/1's, 12/2's, 6 each/3456, 5/8's, & 5/9's and letters 3 each EFGLMPTX as well as 6 blanks. Some of the letters are taller than others (see photo) as they have a little extra metal on the end from the mold and needed to be filed off, or your coding will not print properly. The booklet does not give any tips on how to load the coding, but I figured out that loosening the wheel with the provided key and tightening it after works best. Otherwise the rubber gasket that holds the numbers will bind up. It also helps if you put a little silicone gel on the gasket.
