Answer: This buoy is 24" in diameter

Answer: We use old sash weights from double hung windows.

Do you have a recommendation for what type of pump to use with these?

Answer: Yes - we recommend and sell the Airhead Electric Pump for all our buoys.

Answer: A pump for camping and inflating air mattress. I use one that is 12 volt that I plug into my vehicle.

Answer: I use a battery powered leaf blower. I press it up against the valve and it blows them up in a minute.

Does this buoy have a D ring or some way to clip an anchor or sandbags on to hold it in place?

Answer: Yes there 2 molded eyelets attached to the buoy. We hook a carabiner clip that's attached to a chain to one of the eyelets and it works great for us.
