Answer: Did you read the description or look at the pictures at all? Clearly you didn't. One picture shows 3.54 inches and the other 3.93 inches including the clear diving lip. Look at it again.

The baits were a little smaller than I thought they'd be, but that's my fault for not reading the description closer. They look good. They're not high end Rapalas, but will work. They are a gift for an 8 year old so can't complain on the quantity for price for the smiles the kid will have opening the gift.
