Why can I not add a heart to it?

Can a personal friend message be engraved instead?

Answer: Yes it can. My boyfriend at the time, now my husband, use to joke around saying the only way out of this relationship is in a box. Well I had my custom engraving to read "the only way out is in a box". He absolutely loved it. It was a funny gift for a fisherman and a forever memory.

Answer: From what I remember, it took quite a bit of time to receive it.

So it says custom photo but does not give me a place to upload the photo.

It says you can add an image but you try to when you can’t, how do you do it?

In the "customize now" box do i put my email next to the phrase? just want to double check so i dont misinterpret and get my email on the hook!
