Brad's Killer-Fish can be fished unwrapped or wrapped with your favorite bait or scent!

Tips for Success:

Wrapping: While Killer-Fish can be fished unwrapped, the most deadly effective method is to wrap your Killer-Fish with a bait fillet or chopped bait. Sardine, herring, anchovy, smelt, coon shrimp, or oil packed tuna are very effective options. Center your fillet or chopped bait around the belly eyelet of your Killer-Fish. If your wrap is not centered, it can change the action of your Killer-Fish. Secure your wrap with elastic thread or small rubber bands.

Change your wrap every 30-60 minutes. This ensures your scent & bait trail is fresh.
Keep your Killer-Fish clean! Salmon can smell in the parts per billion, so wash them down with Lemon Joy Non-Ultra to remove any foreign scents.
“Let ‘em eat it!” It is very important to let the rod pulse a few times before picking it up. Picking up your rod too soon can rip the Killer-Fish right out of the salmon’s mouth.

Answer: no those are not the ones that open. the ones that open have holes on the bottom of both sides of the luer. they also have a tubber band holding them closed at the tail.

Answer: Yes...it's designed for either anchor fishing in heavy current or trolling at speeds up to 4mph

Salmon cant resist this lure. U can hear it rattle a couple feet under water and it runs true and straight even after getting hammered by a fish.good lure. Any color.

Beware. Lure on color chart is not what I got - all mislabeled. The label on the outer plastic bag packaging is correct, but the actual lure inside the plastic bag is labeled differently, with the incorrect color. I was counting on receiving my particular color for a remote fishing trip in Alaska, but did not have time to return them before I left for the right ones, so I went without my favorite fish-getter.
