Answer: I do bot know

Do this trap work in a salt water pond?

Answer: Maybe once or twice,mesh is very light weight and framing wire is not stainless. Wouldn't last very long I wouldn't believe.

Answer: you just have to rinse it off afterwards

How big are the entry holes?

Answer: quarter inch. a little large for small bait fish. I didn't like the quality of the net, it broke the first day and I can't return it. Oh well, live and learn.

It iswas awful. Came in with holes in the seams and where the zipper was it was coming apart as well. I felt so bad because it was a birthday present and it was already torn up on the package.

I use this net to catch crabs very convenient, just put the chicken leg inside, it is easily to use that. The quality of this net is very solid and it’s not easy to be damaged by crabs claws

This thing works, but the trap is sealed by a very cheap zipper that is guaranteed to fail. Don't expect to be able to open and close the trap more than a few times before having to trash it.

Be sure to re-tie the bogus knot someone tied from the rope to the net. I would imagine it would come untied on the first use.. Lasted a few days for me. Stone Crabs tore a few holes in it.

Its alot smaller than I anticipated and the building design is not very strong or durable. I think it would work for catching like minnows and small fish, but anything large like a catfish or bass would more than likely brake the material during escape, due to the material is like a cheap netting with zip ties as support and tiny metal/plastic rods. I'll still try it out and see what happens down the road but for right now it's not looking promising.
