How should I tie this? By the hook or on the fatter end.

Answer: Tie your leader to the same ring that the assist hook cord (Kevlar cord attached to hook) is tied to

How do you use these

Answer: Tie fluorocarbon directly onto solid ring. Tying onto solid ring is better than tying onto split ring (in my opinion). If you're in the market for fluorocarbon I highly suggest this same brand. Their fluoro rocks. Thinner and easier to tie than other brands

do they glow in the dark?

Answer: No they don't, but the other side is just silver so I'm sure it shimmers as you jig it. I've caught a nice amount of fish with this jig, I don't think the glow in the dark is necessary.

Answer: that's a good question I would assume the usa because I have never seen a product this well made just get them and check them out they come in there own case and have Kevlar holding the hook the fact they say military grade I think they mean our military right so they are awesome who ever made them could not have made them better

What size hooks come on the 150g jigs? Need to order some replacements.

How long are these jigs?

Answer: the metal is 5 inches long and the Kevlar and hook together are another 2 inches ---7 inches total ok

Mine only have the fish design on one side the other side is plain chrome. Is that the way they are supposed to be?

Answer: im not sure if they vary hook size -but im sure you could change the hooks but it will be a tough job because the round clasps that hold hooks are super tight ment to last forever

what fishes can I use this for?

Answer: Almost all species, bottom thru upper water column fish, fast to slow movers. Depending on how one will make these gigs work. They are only as good as the angler is. Good luck.

Answer: Anything that swims in the ocean. In Hawaii I've caught amberjack, uku(snapper), and tuna with them. Blue and silver is the best out here in the two largest sizes.

Answer: pretty much any bottom species - grouper, snapper, trigger, jacks, cobia, etc... schools of tuna will nail these as well.

I recently used these, 13.5oz variety on an offshore trip on the ScatCat in Port Aransas Texas on a Red Snapper trip, with out tipping my jigs was landing above average Red Snapper, but if you want to make everyone jealous, tip the jigs with electric chicken gulp, INSTANT action! Personal note, didn't like the pouch that it came in. I prefer the ability to easily remove my jigs in the event if I want a color change and keep them in plastic bins in my tackle bag. I haven't tried the 3.5oz Jigs that I purchased as well, water was too deep where I was at for them but I'm sure they will have the same response! Get yourself some!

I bought several of these jigs in different sizes (150g and 100g) and fished them off of Miami today. Upon arrival the first thing you will notice is that the strength of these jigs is unreal. This is my 2nd order from Reeldiculous and I am continually impressed. Most of my friends are changing out hooks and rings on jigs they buy, not anymore. Finally, something built for strength that can handle any massive bottom fish. We hauled in several giant Grouper and Snapper!! The Blue Silver Mackerel color combo was the money color!!

Well after ordering the 6 pack of “Smoker” flat fall jigs from these guys I decided to check out the Slammer Flat side Jigs and the Ninja crank bait jigs. Well I just received both and everything looks great. The Slammers in 100gr size are a perfect flatsided Butterfly Jig. The Hooks and rings are as good as you would expect from any of the industry heavy hitters. The paint jobs on these look great with extremely vibrant reflective colors. These are bound to get some attention under water. Having fished this type of jig for years and getting tired of paying $15 every time I had to replace one, I am super excited to have found this product line. The 6 pack comes in a nice canvas bag, to protect the jigs from scratches while bouncing around in a tackle box. I also got the Ninja Surface jigs in the 43 gr size, and they look as good as the other 2 sets. If you are familiar with the coltsniper jig from that bike company then you will recognize these. They come with a treble hook, which is not my fav, but in this size it makes sense. I might want a heavier set, in deeper water, but in the surf these are going to kill it. Both sets of these will be on my lines this weekend, for a kayak trip to the kelp beds. I’d lay money that these will hook up in no time. Stop wasting money and check these things out. I paid listed price for both sets and was not compensated in any way for my review. I just believe in supporting a good product. Tight Lines

I’m so happy with these jigs they work really great for bottom fishing I’ve been catching a lot of reds sculpin rockfish they love them You can use a double dropper loop instead of a sinker on the bottom use a jig and them a hook about a feet apart I really really like em they work perfect

I received the lures quickly and took them out the first trip and we caught fish all day long. Used them in 100 ft of water all the way to 450 ft. We caught, Amberjack, Snapper, Grouper, Bonita, Tuna, and Sharks. we lost a few hooks and a few lures to the sharks but we had fun fighting them while they were on.

These are nice jigs and they work really well. They're basically just Shimano jig knock-offs. Good quality jig and good quality hooks. I use these out in Hawaii for amberjack uku and tuna. I usually use the 220 and 350 grams.
