What are the fruit roll screens and mesh screens used for?

Answer: The mesh trays are used for drying fruits and vegetables. They allow air to circulate but the holes are small enough so that pieces of fruit or vegetables don't fall through. The fruit roll screen is used for making fruit leather. Fruit is liquified in the blender and poured onto the tray. Other ingredients, such as sugar, may be added depending upon your recipe.
