Does this have a date coder and is it embossed or ink?

Answer: There is an embossing wheel on this sealer.

Answer: No

Will the conveyor work if sealer is removed? I only need a tabletop conveyor

Answer: You can run the conveyor with the heat off but you cannot easily remove the sealer from the machine.

Does this have a UL Code?

Answer: Our machines are not tested for UL approval.

What is the width of the seal on this unit?

What is the throat depth of this machine (distance from the bottom of the seal to the top of the bag)?

Can this machine seal a bag that is between 6-11.5 inches tall?

Answer: Should be able to if the distance between the heating section and the conveyor belt is set correctly. 11.5inches should be no problem, 6inches is doable but might be difficult as it would leave very little gap between heat sealer and conveyor. Adjustable height between the heating/sealing unit at the top and conveyor belt and the adjustable nut.

Answer: I thinks so, because in the demo I wash on YouTube it dose. But I have not use that kind of bag.

Answer: There are many variables but I would say 20-40 per minute.

Can this machine seal small bags? We use 3 inch by 3 inch bags.

Answer: Yes, it can. It is adjustable although it's not very well made and making the adjustments is challenging. Once you get it set up it should be okay. We use 3x5" bags.

Can it seal foil gusseted bags? Like they use for coffee beans?

Answer: I don't know the size and thickness of the bags your referencing but my uncle has used the machine with foiled lined pouches and it works great. Hope that was helpful .

Answer: No, is electric.

Answer: Sure. The seal is wide and strong so as long as the material is thick enough to hold in the water and not tear or stretch you should be fine.

Answer: I don't think blister packs will work. Max temp on the dial is 300C but not sure if it can go that high for a prolonged period. You could send us samples to test if you like.

Answer: I does come with some letters and numbers. What specifically will you be coding? What letters/numbers do you need?

How does this work? Button? Foot pedal?

Answer: You turn it on and let it heat up for 5-10 minutes and then you can continually feed bags into the machine for sealing. No need to press a button or pedal.

Answer: It works fine for the money. Typical China assembly issues, lose nuts, bolts, etc. Needed some repair upon arrival and mine got a little beat up in shipping. No foot pedal. Continuous feed. Put bag on belt at one end and it feeds through the sealer and drops off the other end. Improved out packaging process.
