- Intelligent micro-computer electromagnetic induction sealing machine is a machine that uses electromagnetic induction principle to seal non-metallic bottles and annular containers such as plastic glass by induction heating.
- This machine is widely used for sealing plastic bottles and glass bottles in the fields of medicine, chemical industry, food, beverage, greased products, lubricating oil (especially lubricating oil), antifreeze fluid, etc.
- Through induction heating sealing, it can improve the product grade, prevent dampness, extend the shelf life, strengthen anti-counterfeiting performance, seal speed and seal quality.
- NOTE: Only suitable for aluminum foil or with aluminum foil, foam CANNOT be sealed. Beacause foam won't work with induction technology which uses magnets to heat metal.
Note: Cannot be used for metal caps, metal bottle bodies and sharp-nosed caps.

Matters needing attention:
1. The sealing diameter is 15mm and the sealing time is about 1 seconds;
2. The bigger the diameter of the bottle mouth, the power you set should be smaller, the more sealing time is needed, but it is also determined by the materials of the bottle.

Love this. Works well. It is the only one that I have found that beeps at the end of the cycle so that you don’t have to look at it to know when it is done. Much faster and easier on the neck when you are doing hundreds of caps!

Materiales pésimos, plásticos muy malos, ventilador muy ruido y además tan sólo puede apagarse tirando del cable. Ensamblaje malo, el interruptor para el sellado vino despegado dejando los cables al aire. No trae tapas de aluminio como asegura el vendedor en una de las preguntas de los usuarios.
En definitiva, un producto caro que no se puede verificar su funcionamiento hasta que no compres tapas de aluminio DE OTRO FABRICANTE O VENDEDOR. Además, son caras (el pack de 5000 valen 125€ incluso más caras) por lo que no puedo gastar esa cantidad para cercionarme de que realmente funciona. Si luego no funciona bien me tocaría quedarme con dos productos caros y que no puedo utilizar
