can I use these for bass, and trout? And do I need to add some weights to them?

Answer: Yes, amazing results! got mine at Walmart and have caught countless sunfish and bullheads off of them, great fun for that fishing but I believe they would destroy bass and trout, haven't tried them yet though.

Answer: Catfish are bottom feeders and these lures float, so unless you put a sinker on it it wouldn't go to the bottom where they are located. For catfish, I use a hook and those yellow catfish baits.

Answer: No not too water, it dives a bit depending upon the speed of the retrieve, I use for all freshwater and even surf perch in saltwater and for the price you can't beat them. Personal favorite with these lures: panfish.

They seem to be nice enough. Great variety and quality when you consider the price of less than $1 each. They sink slowly which is nice. I've used them a few times since I have got them, and not really caught much; but that was most likely not down to the lure.

These are cute but so light that I can't figure out how to cast them. Maybe with a bobber, but that's not my preference. Some of the reviews indicated how tiny these are, so I should have expected this, but sometimes with Amazon, despite pics and measurements, it's hard to really know what you are going to get. I got some weighted bobbers from Walmart and will try these again, but just be aware that they are very small and light. They do look like fish will be interested based on nice colors and realistic eyes.

These are perfect for panfishing. They travel well and submerge well. I've already caught several bluegills and a couple of bass using these lures. No more high dollar lures for me.

The price of these for what you get is amazing. The hooks don't seem bad, haven't bent at all and hooks the crap outta bluegills even when being picky. Alas the baits not magical, you have to figure out wheres good to cast it, work it a certain depth, ect. You have to catch the fish lol. That being said grab these baits, so far got bites on 4 colors. All quickly retrieved getting reaction strikes.

These micro lures are Amazing! They get bit on everything from 4" bass and bluegill all the way to monster pike and huge bass. The action is a really tight wobble as long as you let it sink for a second or two and reel in slowly. I use them in heavy vegetation they're not weedless but they are small and light enough that they can be skipped over the weeds as long at they're not sticking out of the water. The hooks are sharp and strong enough to handle a good fight. One of the drawbacks to this lure is because of how small it is if anything obstructs the bill or weeds get caught in the hook it dramatically reduces the action. I also tried snap swivels with it and it messes with the action. Every time I go out I throw a variety of lures but I usually get drawn back to these because they just catch fish.

These work great and I normally know I can catch some pan fish with them. I have also caught some small bass with them. Bigger bass have gone for it but always get off the small hook.

These lures actually catch fish. I haven't caught any really big ones but when the bite gets slow on my bigger lures I like to dial back to smaller ones. For the price of one Rapala you can use these to experiment with all sorts of colors to see what's working best at the time. I've caught sunfish, perch, and crappie, bass, and even a small northern pike on these. The colors get chewed up, the little eyeballs fall off and they look like little zombie baits after a while, but I don't care as long as they work. I'll be buying more of these soon.

You get your money worth buying these in a bulk and they move great in the water. Enough weight to cast them out and catch white bass pretty well with it having three hooks on it. Small enough to catch a mouth easily and there is less risk of them jumping off.

These are just the right size, so I was excited to get them in the mail today. Unfortunately, upon close inspection, four of the six lures had no black dot in the eyes. Two lures did have the dots. I've never seen crankbait with a solid colored eyed before, so this has to be a quality control problem. I also noticed quite a bit of paint chipping off already on some of the lures. I thought about sending them back for a refund, but it's too much trouble.

The items arrived intact and are as advertised. I have not yet had a chance to actually test them yet, but they look very promising. They appear to be well built and the colors & patterns shown are just what you receive.

EDIT: I have now had a chance to use these. Increased my rating from 4 to 5 stars. I was actually going after panfish, but I was catching smallmouth up to 2 pounds on them. I even managed to land a 17-inch Walleye and a 20-inch northern pike on them. My fishing buddy was so impressed, that he had me order 2 sets for him! WARNING - These hooks are extremely SHARP, so use care when handling them.

These are good for the price. I have a couple out of the first pack I ordered that didn't work, they would come to the surface and spin no matter how fast or slow they were retrieved. The hooks aren't of great quality but get the job done. At the end of the day these lures caught fish. I caught 3 species on my first trip with them. Including small and very large Northern Pike. Even with these lures flaws it's well worth it in the end and I will definitely be ordering more.

These are a STEAL!! I'm thoroughly impressed at how well these tiny lures catch fish. For 80 cents apiece I don't know if you can find a better buy. So far I've caught dozens of fish - bass up to 2lbs and many sunfish in just 3 trips. Yes, the hooks are tiny and probably not very strong but they are quite sharp and these lures don't cast very far but fish seem to love them.

Put them on a light spinning rod with about 6 lb line and have some fun catching small to medium-sized crappie. Haven't caught any big ones using these tiny lures but have had very good luck catching lots of crappie at one time.
