I see that they are boilable and microwaveable, but are they also oven-safe for baking?

Answer: Hello, They should be used at temperatures under 300 degrees. The sealing temperature for vacuum sealers is around 400 degrees, and ovens can get even hotter than that. That is probably why I have never seen baking as a recommended use for anything you would use in a vacuum sealer. This is true for metalized "mylar" bags as well, so I am not sure what would work other than regular aluminum foil. Good luck!

Are these bpa free?

Answer: Bis-phenol A (BPA) is not used in the production of our product, nor is it used as a chemical building block for any of the materials used in the manufacturing.
