Is the spring Stainless?

Answer: It seems like stainless steel.No signs of rust after the work.And works good.

Can this clamp be solidly mounter to a plastic table? How many screws come with it??

Answer: I mounter mine to a plastic table and it is solid! I also bought stainless steel screws for it. I don't know if it came with any.

Answer: I don't see why not obviously you would have to drill the proper hole. screws do not come with it

Answer: mine came with no screws, i mounted it to wood with my own screws but plan on mounting it to a corian slab with the same wood screws.

Answer: Yes it sure can and come's with four stainless steel screws

Seems to be a high quality product. The six provided screws result in a solid mount. The clamp holds the fish securely for cleaning and filleting, but you will still probably want to use a gill hook for skinning.

I purchased a plastic cutting board and attached it to that, my only complaint is that I wished the stainless steel screws were a little longer .Other than that I'm very happy with it and so is my grandson.
