why is the one with the cover (graphite) costs less than without? What is the difference?

Answer: There is a product variation that includes the mint grill + cover if you browse the other color options on the product listing.

Is it compatible with US outlet and voltage?

Answer: Yes!

Does the product come with the temperature probs, if so how many? what about grill lift handle? Charcoal tray lift handle?

Answer: The 4K comes with two discrete probes in the hood and 4 removable probes internally. The 4K includes grill tongs which can be used to lift the grills or to remove them. The 4K can be lifted using the handle on the front and the back of the body. It requires two people to move it given its size and its weight.

In the video there is mention of pizza stone... Is this included?

Answer: Yes, I received my grill last week from Amazon and it came with the pizza stone. It also came with the charcoal tongs which were highlighted in their material but didn't say if they came with. So I ordered another pair expecting I'd need it. I didn't, and had to pay $14 to ship them back. Just an FYI.

Most attractive BBQ smoker period!

Pros:
- Live the electric starter
- Smoking quality is fantastic
- Live the looks

Cons:
- Electronic display is hard to see in bright sunlight
- controlling the temperature is hard... amount of charcoal to start with is key. This is a problem with most smoker but I was hoping with this one that they would have fixed it.
- Biggest con is the price... this ought be worth no more than $1500.

Overall, love this smoker. Will buy it again for friend/family if price is reduced.

It all started with an issue with the display, it was unevenly lit and had a "splotchy" appearance. In hindsight I really wish I would have just lived with it because it set me off on a fiasco that goes on to this day.

For starters the service is contracted by a company called iTek so you're dealing with a third-party. Everdure mailed me the display, a week later iTek showed up to swap it out but it didn't fix anything. So the tech decided that the cable need to be changed.

A couple of weeks later the part arrived. A week or so after that iTek shows up to install it. The trouble is he had to basically disassemble the entire thing and to say that he did a shoddy job of reassembling it is a gross understatement. I get the impression that he had no idea of what he was doing, got it "somewhat" together, and left.

Since then it's been weeks of back and forth with the service department. I've told them that I will allow them the opportunity to get it put back together properly (although I doubt it will ever be the same) but that the technician who did it in the first place is not allowed to touch it. Everdure is telling me that (since it's a third-party) they can't dictate my terms to iTek and they are trying to send the same tech.

I've told them to just come and get it and give me my money back. At this price point not only should you not have the issues I've had but the response should be swift and satisfactory. Save yourself the trouble and spend the same money on a grill that the manufacturer will stand behind. All I have to show for my trouble is an email thread 22 messages long and no resolution in sight.
