On the smoker door a large temperature gauge, and two heat saving viewing windows eliminate unnecessary door opening when checking the cooking progress. Included are 3 sliding cabinet racks, and removable porcelain plated water and wood chip pans, that can be accessed easily with minimal heat loss through the smoker's side door. Can this smoker be converted to natural gas?

Answer: The smoker is supplied with a connection for propane tanks and has a fine adjustment in line with it too. You can convert to natural gas as long as you have all the right fittings to do so.

Hi there, with this being a pressure cooker - smoker will it smoke the meat in a shorter time then a typical smoker? Thank you

Answer: No it will not cook faster. That "high pressure " title is not correct. It's just a plain metal box smoker. Still takes approximately 10-12 hours for a pork butt. Lots of room inside this thing.

54,000 BTUs is almost four times as powerful as the typical propane smoker. How low can it maintain a steady temp with that kind of power?
