fishermen : Defective drag system

Reel arrived on time, but the reel drag system is defective, will not tighten, I do not recommend.

I was so disappointed in this reel. It casts great, however, reeling that cast in is a different story. The reel came apart on the inside the first and only day it was used. I tightened everything back up, but it never operated smoothly after that. I am sending this back!
