Would these be easily cut to a smaller size?

Answer: It's made of a sturdy plastic. It would take a special tool. It fits perfectly with the excalibur dehydrator. I don't know why you would want to cut them. I don't think I would cut them. If you have tools and are very creative maybe.

How many in a pack? Just one?

Shawn : Great product, a bit pricey

These are simply amazing. They are a fantastic idea and they work just as they're supposed to.

They are a bit on the pricey side, which is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. I realize that this is a small company and they are probably paying premiums for molds and machine time to have them made, but $30.00 for only 1 template is quite steep.

The good part is that they work well and can be used over and over, so you will get plenty of use out of them.

I love these! I have been making raw "chips" and "breads" for many years. These templates are an answer to my prayers. They make the perfect size "corn chip" and "round bread". I might be obsessive but I like my food to not only taste good but look good. The templates are attractive, sturdy, and have hole in the corner so I can hang dry....yea I can be obsessive. An added benefit was the wrap recipe and instructions on how to keep the wraps from curling....common sense I know but it had not occurred to me!
