do these come with sheaths?

Answer: No- they have those thin, disposable plastic covers. I just made my own sheaths using an old leather belt and some contact cement.

Answer: I confirmed with my husband who I originally got them for. He informed me thr 6" and 7 1/2" is for the blade itself. He loves them and has fileted many fish with them. His exact words, "best bargain ever for some good knives."

Answer: One is 5 1/4 inch, the other is 6 1/2 inch.

Were is the sharpening steal to keep my knifes sharp?

Answer: Mine did not come with one.

How long is the actual handle?

Answer: It is 4 3/4 inches long. Hope this helps.

Answer: The blades are not serrated. Fillet knives are typically not serrated; these are not serrated. And yes, you can sharpen them.

Answer: Not aerated and cannot be sharpened Also we have an issue where the blades are falling out of the handles The look like they are just glued in and hit does not hold

So far these are great knives for the money. We've only used them once outdoors, but I actually used one to carve a turkey and some other kitchen tasks just to see how it would work and I was surprisingly pleased. It's sharp and sturdy but flexible making it a nice filet or boning knife.
