What is weight by the foot.

Answer: 1.3lb per foot, so about 9lb for 7’ net and 10lb for 8’ net. Nets measured in height from weights touching ground and holding “horn” the ring up with your hand. Anything over 1lb is fine for normal depth baitfish.

What are the dimension of this item?

Answer: You mean of the bucket? 9.5” high x 10” wide. Otherwise a 7’ cast net is 7’ tall with 14’ diameter at full spread which is rarely achieved.

The description says item weight 5lbs. But package weight is 11.3. Is the net really 1.3 lbs. Per foot?

Answer: Ha, that 5lb isn’t correct. I own and it’s a great net, 14” doesn’t gill the smaller baits. The 7’ is perfect as you can clear the net simply by lifting straight up off ground from right under horn and extra weight 1.3 helps sink fast considering smaller mesh. I primarily throw this in 5’ or shallower water.

Answer: yes i really like this size mesh. It catches every thing, you can cull out the fish that you do not want

is it 7 foot size radius or diameter?

Answer: It’s the height when holding weights on the ground, 14’ spread diameter when fully open.

Is this pure lead?

Answer: I don't know how pure but mine don't rust.

Net works great smooth just put a cap of fabric softener in the box let soak over night or a couple nights of course put hot water in with it.
