Weighed a 10 Lb. barbell and it weighed 9.97 lbs. Added another 10 lb. barbell and it weighed 20.02. The best digital scale I have found. And it is very small. We keep it in a cup holder on my boat.

I ordered one of these because it looked decent and I needed a little scale to weigh fish. I order one the package comes, I open it, and it doesn't turn on. I tried a new battery and it still didn't work. Decided to get a replacement because I thought I got a bad one. However, the replacement was just as bad!! I'm returning both of these pieces of garbage. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Ended up sending this back. Tested it against 2 postal scales and it was not accurate at all. With weights as low as a pound it was off by at least several ounces and it only got worst with heavier weights. I didn't expect precision with such a small cheap scale but I wouldn't even call these readings close.

If you're looking for a simple to use, lower weight range digital scale for large mouth bass and the like, this will do the trick. Take note of the instructions because it's not intuitive to go from kg to pounds. My first one went into the drink (long story) and I replaced it with the same product rather than take a chance with something new. I've owned scales in the past with so many buttons and features-- basically I want to weigh my fish and be done with it.

I have bought two of these in the past year, wish I hadn't. The first broke while weighting a 4 pound bass, the second displayed "Err 01" on the screen right out of the box on the first use. I'll never buy another.

This is a nice little half palm size scale that will fit easily in my freshwater tackle box. I had to pick mine up at the Bass store on my way home from Poches RV Park in Louisiana to weigh my son's hefty catfish. It did the job but I will have to reserve a 5 star until I see how it holds up.

When I first bought this I put in a new battery and it worked fine. 2 weeks later I'm out fishing and the battery had already died while supposedly "off". After a new battery, I had the same result. The third time I waited until my fishing trip to put a new battery in, and by then the thing was completely dead.

I'm an active angler, and I've loved other Rapala products. This scale, however, is awful. I had problems turning it on the first day I used it, and he second time I tried using it it just wouldn't turn on. A waste of money. Invest in something better that has gotten good reviews on Amazon.
