How many packs for $18.99?

Answer: Just one. It contains 3 foot long strips you cut into pieces. This is more than I paid - I think it was around $10 / pack when I purchased. These work great and are easier to deal with than live bloodworms, but you can probably find them cheaper.

Is there a Fishbites product that is good for bass, crappie, bluegill?

Answer: as far as we know this is a salt water bait
