How do I charge it? Meaning what part of the fish do I connect the ten and black cables to?

Answer: Just charge it at the charging loops. One is on the top and the other is underneath the fish. Then put it in the water and it goes automatically

What do you do if it just swims in circles?

Answer: Thank you for your question. Please Do not connect fishing line to the top ring of the robotic fishing lure. Fishing line must be connected to the top first ring closer to the tip of nose on robotic fishing lure. When fishing line is connected to the top ring this is improper way and it will interfere with robotic lure water sensor.
