Do you have sapphire blue ?

Answer: Yes works well spring and summer.

How do you like to fish them Texas rigged? Lift and drop like a plastic worm? Maybe quick pops with rod tip?

Answer: I always fish them Texas rigged. I lift and and drop with some times long lifts, sometimes short lifts (mix up the presentation until you find what works). Obviously brush and trees are ideal but I've caught fish on rocks and on lays downs with these.

Answer: Yes, just like a worm hoping it up off the bottom. Or I'll swim it slowly back to me twitching it the whole way back. awesome bait just stick to natural colors. Green pumpkin watermelon red Black&Blue. and NO weights maybe a split shot, they fall real nice all by them selves. If your fishing currents then of course use the lightest weight possible. Enjoy the tight lines!

Answer: I will start by just lift and dropping them. I'll pop them around and let it wait for a few seconds. I'll also drag them slowly on the bottom, especially if there is cover along the shore.

Answer: The Baby Brush Hog is approx 4 inches long, the Brush Hog is Approx 6 inches long and twice the thickness.

Answer: I use a 3/0 owner wide gap hook in open water. In weeds and bushes around stumps or any heavier structure I will use an owner 2/0 worm hook.

Answer: It really doesnt matter, but i will say that my cousin and myself use spinning reels for most soft baits. I caught a 3.5lb largemouth in a wetland pond. These brush hogs have done well for me!

Answer: You can really use any type of reel for this lure. It’s a great bait for bass. My favorite color is green pumpkin. Good luck!

Answer: Don't have too. It's more about the rod. Fish this using a Texas rig. So a medium heavy rod is the minimum power you should use.

Answer: I typically do but you could use a spinning rod to fish it also.

Answer: I find they work best with a 3 ought hook. They are about 4 inches. I would recommend using the regular brush hog with a 4 ought wide gap hook over these little fellas.

It would have been nice if you had gotten my order correct. I ordered 2 packages of black & red glitter Baby Brush Hog # 044-001, 7_51981 13673 7_, along with 2 packages of Black & ruby Baby Brush Hog, # 042-139, 7 51981 13681 2, Instead I received 1 package each of those along with 1 package of Green Pumpkin Red 042-202, 7 51981 14534 0, and 1 package of Black Red 042-001, 7 51981 13673 7. I plan on keeping all that was sent but it would be nice if you could get a customers orders correct.

I live in a gated community with three lakes stocked with various species of fish.

This sofbait consistently catches bass. They especially like the pumpkin color. I fish them weightless or with a couple of split shot sinkers a few feet up from the lure.

You just can't beat a Zoom baby brush hog. The watermelon red color mimics a sunfish and the bass eat it up. I think this bait is best in slightly stained to clear water. They just catch fish. Shipping was fast and product was packaged well.

Got me a pack of these bad boys on the advice of a mentor. Boy, was I glad I did. I had a FIELD DAY with these suckers the first time I tried them! It was early spring and the weather was pretty sunny. Water pretty clear for this part of the country (South Louisiana). I ended up boating 19 nice bass and one crappie over the course of about 2 and 1/2 hours. I was able to catch about 10 bass over the course of about and hour and a half about 2 weeks later. As the weather has gotten warmer, though, the fish seem to have lost their appetite for these, but, still, if fished at the right time of the year in the right conditions, you can tear the fish up with these. I will never go fishing again without these in my tackle box.
