what is the tread size for these?

Answer: Hello Katz, I talked with Cressi today and they don't have a listed size for the threading. They took a measurement with a micrometer and said the inside is about 13.5mm-13.7mm. Hope this helps. HouseofScuba

How does this work and will it work with a different brand speargun

Answer: Certain speargun bands are screw-on style so this wishbone is designed to work with those type. As long as the band is the matching size to the wishbone (diameter), it should work.

Avoid metal wishbones and screw-in bands like the plague. These things are scary as hell, easily unseated, and they will happily take a finger or two on the way. If you must use these, be very careful.
