Questions about Bomber Lures Who Dat Spoon Spinner Bait Fishing Lure
Q:
How heavy is the lure?
Answer: The lure is much lighter than what I thought, I will stick to the Effzett spoons as they also have a better action in the water.. The Who Dat spoon is still good though, for smaller rivers where you don't have too cast too far..
Answer: Very, I think at least 1/2 ounce. Got to real it quick or use in deep water. Haven't had any luck with it and I fish inland saltwater ways in Florida. I Fish for reds, spotted sea trout, tarpon and snook.
Answer: The four I purchases were all 1/2 oz perfect for sea trout and red fish in the bay off Florida's west coast near crystal River.

Product reviews of Bomber Lures Who Dat Spoon Spinner Bait Fishing Lure
Amazon Customer : Bad quality
Bad quality
Harry : good lure
caught some ice pike on it in heavy weesd
dgsorensen : Weed guard also guards the hook from fish...
The weed guard for the hook needs to be a touch shorter. It's just the right length that when a fish bites, the end of the hook sticks in it and not the fishes mouth.
Lee R Kinty Jr : I highly recommend this lure.
This lure is awesome, and it is definitely weedless. Well worth the money. If you are considering this purchase...do it! You won't be disappointed.
Gregg Clark : Four Stars
Casts great and looks good in the water. No fish on first outing.

CDP's Onceagain habit of purchasing : Bomber Saltwater Grade Who Dat - Rattling Spinner Spoon - Gold tone from Bomber
The Bomber Saltwater Grade "Who Dat" Rattling Spinner Spoon - Gold tone from Bomber is a 3" long gold painted spoon like luer with a large 5/0 sized plated hook. It has a guard with a swiveled gold spinner at then end of the plastic and is attached with a screw, which could be removed. When fished for larger saltwater fish, it is a little bit bulkier than the usual spoon, in that is made with a rattling cavity "throat" at the eye end of the body up front to give it a hefty weight forward look. The rattling heard when holding the hook and swivel to keep them from moving is a low pitched clicking rattle. The size of this specific hook is comparable to a 5/0 Strike King hook and it weighed 0.84 ounce on my digital scale. The sound and wobbling, clicking and spinner flash may intimidate a finicky feeding smaller fish, but this luer will only make a big Bull Red Drum hungrier. Big Specs also should not be scared of this spoon and the shiny gold spoon is a proven offering for both redfish and trout. Bomber has offered a uniquely designed product with the Who Dat Rattling Spinner Spoon and the later reviews from buyers will determine if it will catch fish. Good luck with it and enjoy your next day fishing.
I took pictures with my phone and have tried to add them to the product pictures, haven't seen them yet.
TJ : Complete crap. It looks pretty but it is too bulky ...
Complete crap. It looks pretty but it is too bulky to skim through the water. You can actually watch the fish scatter as it comes close. When I attempted to hop it along the bottom it collected more junk then a rake (see pics). I think this lure is only good at catching fisherman.
Harry : good lure
caught some ice pike on it in heavy weesd
Chris : Great Lure
Fantastic lure! Easily runs through thick weeds and the like go crazy for it
Mark : it does come thru the grass pretty good
Runs true. Haven't used it much. it does come thru the grass pretty good
Datizsonice : Four Stars
Seems good
Amazon Customer : Great!!!
These lures are absolutely great!
CloverLeaf : A real conundrum....
This is a real conundrum. First of all, this is about the best casting lure I have ever owned. It just goes and goes and goes. Second, it's the most weedless lure I've ever owned, and I have a lot of weedless that work well. Lots of shallow lakes and ponds here, so there are always lots of weeds to get tangled up in. Third, it has great action, it rattles and it's colorful. So it should catch tons of fish. In two seasons of trying this lure, I have yet to get even a hit on it. Go figure......
Pat : Taken by any breeze at all
Can’t cast this if there’s any kind of wind.
