A 100% rubberized seam & joint sealer for bare and primed metals. Excellent adhesion and is ideal for all ¡§lap¡¨ and ¡§flange¡¨ seams and joints. Permanently flexible. Will not crack and also holds a perfect ¡§brush¡¨ mark to match that O.E.M. seam. Will adhere wet or dry and will not ¡§sink¡¨ or ¡§sag¡¨. Paintable in 20 minutes. Available in a light grey colour only.

does it seal out water if used for small cracks?

Answer: Yes it is a good body sealer that sticks to metal and painted surfaces and seems more durable that the factory body seam sealer!

will this bond to fiberglass?

Answer: If you are using it as a seam sealer on fiberglass, I would say yes. But I do not know your application.

Can you sand this poduct?

Answer: This product doesn't harden like body filler, it stays pliable and flexible. It can be trimmed with a razor knife, but my experience was that it didn't harden enough to sand.

Have a E350 with gutter leaks to the inside. Will this product stop it?

Answer: It should but you would have to make sure area was clean and dry before applying

Answer: Mine was grey, good seam sealer would buy again

Answer: As long as the lip is clean and resealed should have no problem.

I took my chances on this purchase and was I pleasantly surprised. This stuff brushes on real easy and fills seams perfectly. Looks like a Pro did it. Do not hesitate to purchase just because it's 2/3 price of competition's seam sealer.

Great product.. Sticks to bare metal, not all sealers do!..Gets hard enough to sand with 80 grit if desired. It gets thick over time if not used. I reduce it with urathane paint reducer and put it in a sandwich bag and cut off the corner and apply like cake icing..lol never had any problems reducing and I do not know if manufacturer encourages it, it may take a little longer to cure depending on temps.

Bought this to finish off a complete floorpan replacement in my 66 Ranchero....really thick...but has good holding power to get in upper seams and stay there.....thought i would have to use it sparingly...but the quart goes a long way...great product and great price.....

Was super easy to apply with a small brush to the seams on my new floor pans, and to some of the reworked seams around the cab. Take your time and you can achieve an almost factory look. Dries pretty quickly, and holds paint very well. So far it remains somewhat elastic, even after several months.

Sutton Mehaffey : Haven't had much luck

This product has good reviews, but I haven't had much luck. I tried it in my Mustang trunk canal where the water drains around the back window. The seam was splitting allowing water into the trunk. After only 2 months, I noticed a little water in the trunk. The sealer was beginning to peal off the metal fairly easily. I will try again after cleaning the metal off the best I can. It is pealing in multiple areas, so I'm not sure that will help.

Ham : Good, but not great

This seam sealer is good quality, but it is more difficult to achieve crisp masking edges compared to seam sealers from other brands, such as SEM. It also have a rather heavy fume smell, which again, is not present with seam sealer from SEM. Otherwise, it brushed on very nicely and seems like it will do a good job of actually sealing.
