A 100% rubberized seam & joint sealer for bare and primed metals. Excellent adhesion and is ideal for all ¡§lap¡¨ and ¡§flange¡¨ seams and joints. Permanently flexible. Will not crack and also holds a perfect ¡§brush¡¨ mark to match that O.E.M. seam. Will adhere wet or dry and will not ¡§sink¡¨ or ¡§sag¡¨. Paintable in 20 minutes. Available in a light grey colour only.

does it seal out water if used for small cracks?

Answer: Yes it is a good body sealer that sticks to metal and painted surfaces and seems more durable that the factory body seam sealer!

will this bond to fiberglass?

Answer: If you are using it as a seam sealer on fiberglass, I would say yes. But I do not know your application.

Can you sand this poduct?

Answer: This product doesn't harden like body filler, it stays pliable and flexible. It can be trimmed with a razor knife, but my experience was that it didn't harden enough to sand.

Have a E350 with gutter leaks to the inside. Will this product stop it?

Answer: It should but you would have to make sure area was clean and dry before applying

Answer: Mine was grey, good seam sealer would buy again

Mine is evaporating and starting to thicken in can, what can I add to rejuvenate it?

Answer: As long as the lip is clean and resealed should have no problem.

I’ve used the tube style every time before. This time I decided to try the brush type this time. I found it a lot cleaner and a tons less messier. Love it. I didn’t have a mess on me and all over my project.

This seam sealer is good quality, but it is more difficult to achieve crisp masking edges compared to seam sealers from other brands, such as SEM. It also have a rather heavy fume smell, which again, is not present with seam sealer from SEM. Otherwise, it brushed on very nicely and seems like it will do a good job of actually sealing.

I really liked this. after cleaning existing panels or fitting new. Applied to raw metal (or treated if surface rust) with a stiff brush. Seams look better if applied when warmer, so I store it in the house and can still apply it even its 30 degrees in the garage. Apply where well ventilated as this stuff stinks. Smells a lot like Bondo, only stronger. Self-levels to some degree, and will work part way into gaps. Paint bonds well to it. Just ordered two more cans for additional projects. One can should handle most cars.

Was super easy to apply with a small brush to the seams on my new floor pans, and to some of the reworked seams around the cab. Take your time and you can achieve an almost factory look. Dries pretty quickly, and holds paint very well. So far it remains somewhat elastic, even after several months.
