You can never go wrong with S&W handcuffs! These are police grade handcuffs that work extremely well. Only thing is you might want to get a larger handcuff key for it. The 2 small ones it comes with are way to easy to lose and hard to use when engaging the double lock mechanism.

These came in the original box, but the bottom was taped shut. The keys were included under what looked like a false bottom...so those of you that didnt get keys, check the box again. They seem a good quality, but mine are SUPER scuffed up. They definitely do NOT look new. At all. I tried to give them a quick wipe down with oil, thinking maybe they were dirty...but no. They look like I have had them and used them heavily for the past 10 years. Also, I use cuffs regularly at work and these do NOT have the double lock, despite stating otherwise.

I will not be using my department issued handcuffs and risk loosing vacation days in case of an accident, nor will I be paying more money than what I have to on "better" cuffs. These cuffs are everything a law enforcement officer needs for restraints. the double locking mechanism (despite many other reviews) is one of the better types, as it actually requires LESS effort to find the slot than the pinhole locks do (good for night tours were visibility is an issue) and is also located on both sides. These cuffs are all you need with a low price. my recommendation for any law enforcement officer, is order 2 pairs, just in case one pair "accidentally" runs away from you.

They are in ok condition and will work fine I just wouldn't have paid full price for used cuffs. There are a few nicks and burs but other than that the finish is the same as my other 100-1s.
