Where to buy blades for Pistol Pete flies

Will theses work for bass fishing in a pond

Answer: Yes they do. Using the larger size 6. I use them with a clear plastic water fillable bobber and about 3 feet of leader to cast them as far as I can about 6 to 8 feet off shore. I use the olive green with silver propeller. I find they work for Bass as well as Trout, just about any game fish that eats bugs. Good luck on your next fishing trip, hope you catch your limit!!

Answer: I catch brim and catfish with mine. The bass a bit more particular where I fish.

Answer: I uspect they would...posible fish them like a popper...I only use them for trout, ctappie and blue gill (sunfish)

Took the grandchildren out for a day trip. We all used the Pistol Pete's and every one caught Rainbow Trout. As a matter of fact, I started fishing from the shore and caught my first Trout on my first cast, then the other four came in quick order, all in about ten minuets. The grand children went out in the boat and all caught trout. Great product, Loads of fun.

I've had success in many settings and a lot of different water. It's essentially fly fishing with a spinning rod. I use clear bobber filled with water for casting further. Drop 2-4 feet below that with a swivel and the Pistol Petes work well.
