How much does each lure weight?

Answer: Not sure the exact weight, but they are about as big a lure as I would ever use for bass fishing. They weigh enough that you can certainly cast them a long way.

How about the action on the water?

Answer: I like the tail design on these . It gives the lure more action and more life like rather than reel something in that looks dead

Answer: They are swim baits. Cast them out and retrieve at different speeds. The fish will tell you what and how they want it!! Good luck!

Answer: Only fast retrieval, the balance on them is off. Go to slow they swim sideways, the swim depth is 3ft.

can you catch a strip bass with this?

Answer: of course!! its all in the presentation.

Should i use a swivel with these?

Answer: In most instances an appropriately sized swivel is fine. In addition to making lure changes quick and easy, swivels help keep lures with spinning action from twisting up your line and causing tangles or poor lure presentation. However, if you are trying to entice that big wary trout in a clear mountain stream swivels greatly diminish your chances of success. So it depends on what your intended mission is.

Answer: I usually do use a swivel to make changing lures easier and faster. Wiith this particular lure all of the action is in the tail so a swivel isn't necessary.

Been using these in MN. Catches Largemouth Bass and Pike. Quite satisfied with this purchase. They are pretty weighty, but are slow to sink. Great swim action when reeling in at a fast to medium speed. The double hook is placed in a good location and have not had any issues hooking any bites.

I really like the softness and action of these baits, but the hooks pointed down made it difficult to work them really slow on the bottom without getting hung up. Solution? Take the hook off, flip it upside down, and magic, its attached to the magnet, putting the barbs right up against the sides of the body making it basically weedless! Will probably paint the hooks to match color to hide them even more.

They work!
Perfectly mimics a minnow's swim motion when on the move, or their feeding position when prone. I've found that an "injured minnow" retrieve works during feeding activity, and a straight, steady retrieve works when the fish are bedded down. I especially like the magnets on the bellies. They keep the hooks from picking up too much garbage.

The movement under water looks very much like a real fish. I used them for Salt water fishing, the white lure caught this stripe bass. The quality is good, can be thrown far into the ocean and it sinks slowly. I bought combination A2.

Got these for my dad for father's day. He was very happy and has already used them. You get 6 in the pack and it's inexpensive but they seem durable. He lives on a lake that is stocked with large mouth bass, crappie, brim and catfish. These are perfect size and color too show up in lake. I wasn't sure at first, but these work well and catch bass. I like the magnetic hook, but that is a weak spot too. Caught 5 2 to 3.5lb bass on one and its still ok, but a little bent on the hook. One swimes a little sideways but the rest are good. Buy them and give them a try. I'm glad I did.

These are great lures with one problem. The double hook set up needs a narrow space between the two shanks. As is, fish twisting can sometimes remove the hooks from the lure...had it happen twice, used pliers and tried to narrow the space between the two shanks. Hopefully that will work but a more permanent hook attachment would greatly improve this product.
