Can finely-divided charcoal be used for the infused smoker?

Answer: No. Charcoal may burn more violently than fuel, which may damage the smoke gun.

Answer: Not sure if it can be but I wouldn’t recommend it as it would more than likely get stuck in the fan and complete ruin the device. Just stick with the shavings!

Does the smoker gun can make the unique flavor of rice?

Answer: Perhaps, I haven't done this ever before. That's a good thought.

Answer: No it doesn’t

Answer: Yes, I have received the smoker gun with a bag of the wooden chips. Additional, you can buy other chips that you like.

Answer: So, It comes with a small bag of chips, enough for you to do a dozen or so cocktails, but i have no idea how well this machine works with food.

Will the smoke of smoker gun spread through the combustor out?

Answer: No. With battery-powered , the smoke gun will sucks the smoke into the tube and spread to the food, which will preserve the special fuel flavors as much as possible.

This package includes wood chips? Where I buy them if i use up the wood chips?

Answer: Yes, this item comes with a smoker gun and small pack of wood chips, you can choose buy some other taste wood chips according to your needs.

Can I use the smoke gun indoor?

Answer: The smoke gun infuser will produce a few amount of smoke, we recommended to use with the fan on.

How can I clean the burning chamber of the smoker gun？

Answer: You can detach the screen and clean it by using the gifted brush, but I don't recommend the main body of the smoker gun to be washed because it was batteries powered and it may be destoryed. And you can use the duster to scrubing.

I had an Emson pressure hot/cold smoker for over 10 years! Was great until it Died. The unit is no longer available. I took the insert out of the smoker & the locking lid with gasket and now use it with my Boriut Smoker!
I mounted the smoker on a piece of 4”x4” chunk of wood the height of the pressure cooker pot. I inserted the rubber tube from the smoker to the pressure release valve of the pressure lid. The Boriut Smoker works great for instant cold smoking! The smoke flavor is not as strong as the cold pressure smoker, but it is a Great work around for smoking foods like : cheese, all meats, nuts and beverages because there is no heat. Just let the food sit in the smoke for about 15-20 min.

I bought this because I don’t have a smoker ( to lazy to wait that long). After watching a few cooking shows I saw they were using smoking guns. Made baked wings and used the gun to get the smokey flavor. I was a little surprised at how well it worked ! love it ! It also comes with a starter pack of wood chips.
